Personal Life And Family
Rishabh Rajendra Pant (born 4 October 1997) is an Indian cricketer who plays for Delhi.
His father’s name “Rajendra Pant” (Late) died of cardiac arrest in 2017 .
Mother’s name “Saroj Pant” and held sister “Sakshi Pant” .
He Completed his schooling from “Indian Public School” , Dehradun and Graduation from “Sri Venkateshwara College”, Delhi University, New Delhi.
In January 2017 , He nominated India’s Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for their series against England . He made his debut for India in the third T20I against England at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore on 1 February 2017.
He was the youngest player for India to debut in a T20I match at the age of 19 years 120 days before Washington Sundar , who played at the age of 18 years 80 days made his debut in 2017.
“In June 2017”, he nominated India’s squad for a limited overs tour to the West Indies.
In February 2018, he nominated India’s Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the 2018 Nidahas Trophy.
The 2016 Cricket World Cup was nominated to join India’s team for the World Cup, and he achieved fame when during the tournament, he had completed half century in 18 balls .
He made a century for India U-19 in World Cup, where India reached the semi-finals .
As such, he has made his place in the heart of the audience with his excellent batting.
He started his first-class debut on 22 October 2015 in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy and List A debut on 23 December 2015 in the 2015–16 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
In the 2016–17 season of the Ranji Trophy, in a match against Maharashtra , Pant made “308 runs” and in the first-class cricket , third-youngest and fourth overall became the “triple century” .
On November 8, 2016, Pant made the fastest century in the Ranji Trophy with 48 balls in the Delhi match against Jharkhand .
In February 2017, he nominated Delhi’s captain for the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
He took charge from Gautam Gambhir who had led Delhi in the final last season . Delhi’s coach Bhaskar Pillai said that it was a “consensus” for the future of blood Pant .
On 14th January, in the stability of the Zonal T20 League between Himachal Pradesh and Delhi in 2017-18 .
He made the second fastest century in Twenty20 matches, scored 100 runs in 32 balls .
Indian premier league (IPL) Career
On 6 February 2016, he was bought by Delhi Daredevils for Rs 1.9 crore.
Pant was bought by the Delhi Daredevils In the 2016 Indian Premier League (IPL) auction. Playing only his third game of his IPL season, Pant made 69 runs from 40 balls to help Delhi to an eight-wicket victory over Gujarat Lions
He made his first IPL half-century on 25 balls. In the 2017 season, he scored 97 runs in 43 balls against the same team in Delhi on May 4.
In May 2018, during the 2018 Indian Premier League , Pant scored 128 runs in 63 balls, making the highest individual score by an Indian cricketer in Twenty20 match, exceeding the previous record by Murali Vijay
